Casting
Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify.
We are using best quality raw material in casting process. Right now, we are doing hot chamber zinc die casting, forging and traditional sand casting.
Workshop
We are having modern workshop with latest machinery to provide precision in our tooling process. We are having multiple machines like Lathe machine, Vertical CNC, Hydraulic press, Drilling machine, Tapping Machining, Threading machine etc.
Finishing & Polishing
We are having a expert team for finishing and polishing process. We use best quality machines are finishing and polishing process to give our best quality. We are using surface lancers, conveyor lancers and buffing machines in finishing process.
Plating
We are having best quality electro-plating plant and lacquer plant to provide you multiple and precise finishes. Lacquered products are baked in electronic ovens on precise temperature to give you long lasting finish.
Quality Check & packing
We have a strict eye on quality control department which is having regular check on each step of manufacturing process. Only after having last quality check of each piece the product is precisely packed.
